What to write about

• Corrections. If a figure on the site no longer matches its source, tell us. Include the page URL and what the source now says. These go to the front of the queue.
• Questions. General questions about home charging are welcome and often become new guides.
• Press and research. Journalists and researchers can quote our figures with attribution to Three Pin.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your individual circumstances: which tariff to take, whether your wiring needs upgrading, or whether you personally qualify for a grant. For tariffs, ask your supplier. For wiring, ask an OZEV-authorised installer. For grant eligibility, the official word is on gov.uk.
